Hi all, my laptop arrived and it's the first laptop since my 2012 PCs laptop so nice upgrade.
My issues are the top centre of the keyboard is hot enough to burn me but the actual temps are like 70-80 so don't understand that.
Second the battery life on saver mode with brightness down is lasting under 2 hours watching netflix? I can't even make it through a movie 🙄
Also a couple of times it's frozen and required a reset which I am hoping won't happen again.
Anyone have any help or info on my problems?
