Looking at getting a Wacom Cintiq, which is best and why?

I'm looking at upgrading my Wacom to a Cintiq, and just wondering which is best and why. Obviously, they'd like you to believe the 24 is, but it's a hefty price and I've read reviews saying the picture definition isn't great.

So, which is the best and why? I'd really like a Touch, so at present I'm thinking the 22. Any thoughts?
