looking at spec for game pc graphics cards

what diff is there between the say Nvidia GF GTX 460 and the ATI Rad HD5770

Might have been answered in another thread but the GTX460 is better than the HD5770 it's more expensive though. There's not much difference between the 1GB and 2GB version at resolutions up to 1920x1200.
