Looking for a gaming PC for my friend

My friend is looking to buy her first gaming PC and she isn't quite sure on what to get. I know a tiny bit about computers but not enough to help her so I thought I'd ask here.

Her budget is around £1200 and she's mainly looking for a gaming PC to play all sorts of games from League of Legends to Apex Legends. She does stream quite a bit so is also looking for a PC that is ideal for that as well.

Though the graphics card ofc depends on the monitor. What resolution and refresh rate is she gaming on? 1080p 144hz?

If she's buying a monitor separately, what kind of budget is she looking at? As this gives a rough idea of the spec she will end up with.
