Looking for Advice

I'm looking to replace my gaming PC that was built for me in 2014 and hasn't really been upgraded since. I don't play very many brand new AAA games and I'm not too bothered about playing everything on max settings, but there are a few games coming out in the next few years I'd like to play and I want something that I won't have to upgrade for a while. So this is what I have so far.

Any thoughts? I'm thinking about paying a bit extra for the 3060ti instead. My current monitor is a 24" BenQ GL2450 and I'll probably use it for the time being, but after a while I'll get a new one and use the old one as a second monitor so any recommendations for monitors that are around the same size and can take advantage of my new build without breaking the bank would be appreciated. I have two SSDs and two HDDs on my old machine so will probably move the SSDs over for storage.

Also a slightly unrelated question, does the standard insured delivery apply to Inverness? Some companies don't seem to think that Inverness is on the mainland and charge extra.

I'm hoping not to spend much over £1200 but there's no hard budget or such. Will probably get a new monitor within a few months depending on my financial situation. How much more would it cost to get to 1440p?

Your probably talking closer to £1400 for 1440p and then another £250-£300 for a monitor to suit

I posted a while ago here but since have had a rethink and upped my budget a bit.
It's a bit more than I was hoping to spend so was hoping for suggestions on where best to cut back a bit, or of there are any obvious bottlenecks. I was also hoping for a new monitor, something in the £100-150 range no bigger than 24". Had my eye on an AOC 24G2U 24" or Samsung Odyssey G32A 24".

I also noticed there are separate delivery options for UK mainland and overseas/highland/islands. Which would Inverness come under, since it's both mainland and in the Highlands?
