What's it going to be used for, because looking at CPU & GPU it isn't a gaming build, also a read of this might be of help

Need the monitor for gaming as I received the computer as a birthday present.

That’s a very generous birthday present. It’s a pity they didn’t spec a better CPU cooler though, I would have gone with a Corsair 360.

Anyway, that CPU and GPU combo will run 4K easily, so look for a 4K 144hz monitor.

Gigabyte M32U or Samsung G9 Odyessy come to mind.

With a top end build like this I agree with the above, you should be targeting 4K 144hz or Superwide 1440p.
The M32U is at the cheaper end, arguably the top pick at the moment is the Samsung G7 Neo.
When you get the PC one of the first things I would recommend is disabling Norton, it’s well known to impact gaming performance, and Windows Defender comes pre included and does a sufficient job.
I would also recommend grabbing another 1TB+ M.2 drive to load your games off. Loading your games off a Hard Drive in 2022 should only be reserved for the extreme budget CPUs, for a build like this buying yourself another m.2 drive will mean your games will have substantially faster load times, particularly for big open world games like GTA V, or Red Dead Redemption.
