looking for some help

i was on a different thread before looking for a budget pc of around €1000. I've been able to boost the budget to roughly €1200 its not much but I hope its manageable. as I said in the last thread my build is designed for the purpose of work and carrying out college work along with streaming 4k movies. it also is a triple monitor set up the main monitor is 4k two remaining monitors are simple HD monitors. budget is solely on the pc mouse and the keyboard is not included. I've attached what I find to be a perfect setup just missing the price, if anyone has any suggestions please help and let me know.

You can remove Bullguard, Windows Defender is free with Windows 10 and better than it.

You're absolutely going to need more than 4GB of RAM, I'd be reluctant to suggest anything less than 16GB these days. Window's itself will use 4GB of RAM never mind running anything else. Also AMD Processors like fast RAM so I wouldn't recommend anything less than 3200Mhz

You're also going to need a lot more 256GB of storage

For me personally I would go with the below build, I don't like small form factor PC's but if that's what you're after see below. I've also went for a newer CPU as they much better than the 3000X series
