Can I ask why you've changed the storage? It's a lot slower than the one recommended
Also you've gone for a really good but higher spec motherboard that isn't really required for that CPU. It has some nice features though so I would understand why you would want that mobo but I'd just like to understand why.
Thirdly you've dropped the wattage and model from the PSU? The TXm's are fine but the RMx are excellent, the power wattage is probably fine but it could restrict your upgrade paths in future
@jamiephillips909 build is just more balanced and offers more in terms of longevity and value
M.2's can affect performance in some games it can give a massive FPS boost. Shadow of the Tomb Raider for example sees a performance boost from having the game on a fast drive. It helps mate, it's worth it if it's in budget
Also yeah non RGB is not required and if you don't need wifi then sure drop it. I don't use Wifi either
If you need to save some cash we can definitely help trim it down in areas that make sense to help you get it where it needs to be though.
For example the 3060Ti is a nice option for 1440p. It wont have as much muscle as the 3070 but I have a 3060Ti and find it admirable I guess it depends on the monitor though. See below build with less compromises but dropping the GPU to the 3060Ti can make a significant saving

m2 is the current standard that the OS and programs are designed to run on and have been for a while, only made more important by upcoming directstorage. A sata SSD just isnt capable of todays requirements and should only be used for storage
