Hi All

Looking at buying a mid-spec gaming machine budget between £500-650 to replace my current machine which is being handed down to my bro. (Always built mine in the past just don't have the time)
Already have a monitor, OS, speakers, keyboard etc.
Also have a HDD which I will be adding in.
Will be playing WoW, Diablo 3, Football Manager and newer games usually RPGs.

What do you peeps think and any suggestions, especially on cooler, PSU and especially the case? (would love one of the NZXT PHANTOMs but too much)

Here is the spec -

Morning Chris,
The cooler, psu and case are fine but for £650 without an OS a better choice would be an i5-3470 rather than a dual core processor, the spec below has a stronger graphics card and a caviar black as the main drive (faster than the standard hdd you selected).

PCS MAELSTROM T900 BLACK GAMING CASE
Processor (CPU)
Intel® Core™i5 Quad Core Processor i5-3470 (3.2GHz) 6MB Cache

Memory (RAM)
8GB SAMSUNG DUAL-DDR3 1333MHz (2 X 4GB)
Graphics Card
2GB AMD RADEON™ HD7850 - DVI,HDMI,2 mDP - DX® 11, Eyefinity 4 Capable
Memory - 1st Hard Disk
500GB WD CAVIAR BLACK WD5002AALX, SATA 6 Gb/s, 32MB CACHE (7200rpm)

Like the sound of that, curious as to how loud the T900 case would be versus the The Coolermaster Sileo 500, ideally looking to go as quiet as poss as it's in the livingroom, would there be a big difference in noise between the 2?

You could contact PCS to answer that query. I think that quiet/silent cases will lead to higher temps on your cpu and gpu compare to other gaming cases.
