Looking to upgrade

I am looking to upgrade/get a new PC as my current one has been running pretty slowly as of late.

My current specs are:

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570 CPU @ 3.40GHz
GPU: GeForce GTX 1060 3GB
Motherboard: Asus P8Z77-V
Ram: 8GB
OS: Windows 7
Storage: Seagate ST1000DM003 3.5 inch 1TB Barracuda Hard Drive / Western Digital WDC WD4003FZEX-00Z4SA0 4TB Hard Drive
PSU: Corsair 650W

I was thinking upgrading to the following parts(while keeping the same case and psu):

Do you think this is a worthwhile upgrade to what I have now? I wasn't sure if I needed to upgrade my motherboard as my current one didn't appear to be on PC part picker.

I mainly use my PC for playing CSGO but I would also like to be able to play any new games that come out.

As PCS sell custom desktops and laptops we can’t advise on self builds or competitor builds, you may want to check out toms hardware which is an open forum.
