Not very much necessarily. Your GPU gets 230 points in the futuremark gpu bench https://www.futuremark.com/hardware/gpu (I'm amazed it's even on there, no offence, it's just quite old)
That's below what Intel CPU integrated graphics from 2011 get. And those integrated graphics wouldn't get you far either.
Possibly some very basic pixel graphic type indie games on steam.
You may want to give some thought to a new PC. Your CPU is also quite old and weak and may also be an obstacle to running modern games even if you swapped out your GPU.
While not as common as it used to be, some games have free demos you can try. There are also a lot of free to play games on steam. You could try these games and demos and see if your system can run anything you like playing.
