microATX gaming: are you for or against it?

Just realized I ordered a microATX motherboard for my new set up. Not worried, but I'd just like to see any pros and cons (aside from price) if there are any?

The only compromise I could come up with was cooling issues but before anyone gets to that let me disclaim I almost exclusively use my PC (especially when playing games) without the side panel on the case.

COOLERMASTER ELITE 430 BLACK CASE
Intel® Core™i5 Quad Core Processor i5-3570 (3.4GHz) 6MB Cache
ASUS® P8H77-M: M-ATX, DDR3, USB 3.0, SATA 6.0Gb/s, CrossFireX
4GB SAMSUNG DUAL-DDR3 1333MHz (1 X 4GB)
2GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 660 - DVI, HDMI, VGA - 3D Vision Ready

Keep in mind I'm fairly a fairly mid-level type of guy. I don't plan on going SLi or doing anything crazy with this PC.

When I go 64bit someday I'll probably throw in more RAM. Still very pleased with this purchase. Price wise, I used to work for a distribution company, so I know I'm not losing a lot of money here.

Oh, and dat finance option... oh boy.

OK, I caved. Upgraded to 8GB and will have Windows 7 64-bit ready before this PC arrives. This is something like the fourth amendment I've made to my order.

In three our four years time when I'm ready for my new machine will you be able to upsell me then, too?
