I'm looking for a high(ish) spec and resonably quite mini pc, any thoughts on the following would appeciated.

The spec you've put together looks good to me. What will you be using the Mini-PC for? To be fair, it's pretty much as good it can get anyway! Are you within budget?

I'll mostly be using it as a development box running two or three instances of VS2010, plus SQL Server and some other stuff too. My old laptop does okay but does struggle at times so something with a bit more punch is needed. As far as budget goes I think my spec comes in around £600 which I feel pretty fair.
