Missing graphic card ?

Hi,
This is my first post here, if anyone can help me I would be grateful.

Sorry for my broken English.

I bought a new laptop and I'm having a lot of trouble understanding why I can't see my video card in any software that would allow me to see it installed on the motherboard.

As I had just purchased a fresh version of Windows, I did a clean install the same day I received the laptop.
But since then I can't use the video card that I bought with the laptop... And I can't confirm that I had the video card before, because I received it and formatted it because I needed to start working.

1) I tried installing GeForce Experience for the exact video card model in my order, but it couldn't find the card.

2) I tried to install GeForce Experience to automatically detect which video card I bought in my order, but it couldn't find the card.

3) I tried to download, in the download session of my order, the card driver: "W10_03_VGA.zip", but the download of this file doesn't even finish... it gives an error every time I try to download (but only this gives error).

4) When I go to: Upgrade this order, strangely the video card does not appear as an option to upgrade.

Does this all mean I paid for a laptop with a graphics card and they didn't install the graphics card? Or is there another way to install the driver and make Windows recognize the card?

Can anyone help me understand if my laptop really came with the video card I bought with my order?

So it's got an RTX3060.

But it won't be registered until you configure windows, so the very last drivers you install are nvidia graphics and the master control driver, you can see that the chipset isn't even installed so you won't be able to configure the rest until that point.

You can't upgrade graphics on a laptop, it's not like a desktop where it's an exchangeable card, they're part of the motherboard.

Spyder, could you help me with this?
I can't understand what's the next step I should do.

On the download session, I downloaded the chipset and installed it but nothing changed.
