Missing SSD

I bought my laptop from PCSpecialist. I have 2 hard drives in it:

1st Storage Drive 1TB SEAGATE BARRACUDA 120 2.5" SSD, (upto 560MB/sR | 540MB/sW)
1st M.2 SSD Drive 1TB Intel® H10 NVMe SSD + 32GB Intel® Optane™ (upto 2400MB/sR | 1800MB/sW)

Both worked fine until one day, when I noticed that the highlighted drive is missing. It is not appearing anywhere:

I can't access the files on the msising drive, which is very annoying. I need them. Please help me with this.
How can I gain access to the missing drive again?

I have the same problem. I got the new laptop Recoil Series: 17.3" few days ago. the first day it worked but from the second day I have noticed the secondary SSD disk was missed.

What I tried to do was (none of it fixed the problem):
- I read in a forum to Enable Hot plug but cant find the option in the bios?!
- Tried search hardware but not luck
- disk partitioning
- update drivers
- check disk

I did find a work around: after turning on if you restart you get the 2nd hard disk

Can someone help please?

If its intermitant like that, I'd take base off the laptop and remove and reseat the M.2

Actualy the behaviour is consistent I mean: I turn it on, no 2nd disk, restart and second disk appear! I've been working in the last 3 days 10/12h per day on it, coping & installing and I have not got any problems at all, it works fine.

You may find reseating it corrects the issue.
