Mistakes happen but PCS and your customers will go through it again unnecessarily

Hello,

This is a fairly minor complaint in the grand scheme of things but needs to be said nonetheless.

I have been happy with my previous PCS purchases (company and personal), along with other people I've recommended PCS to. All of us tend to buy multiscreen (6-12) supported desktops.
I recently purchased this pre-configured computer: https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/view/MMX-12-Pro/ with upgrades to the ram and cooling used.

I was contacted by one of your team to say that the case isn't large enough to fit three graphics cards. On top of that the shipping option was no longer supported due to the size and weight increase, so I had to shell out extra for both the larger case and shipping.

I understand mistakes happen and I didn't initially create any fuss about having to pay extra even though I picked a PCS preconfigured desktop.

Why is that computer still being sold as is though? Surely every single customer after me who picks those configurations will have the same issue?
