I promptly needed to replace my Dell Precision workstation, and decided to go for something smaller and lighter this time, yet still powerful enough. Hardly any new or refurbished ready-to-buy set from major brands was satisfactory and customizations meant extremely long build times, not to mention the costs. I didn't know PCSpecialist earlier and decided to give it a try. That was the quickest option to have a customized laptop, with the following major components in my case:

Chassis & Display
Fusion Studio Series: 14" Matte WQXGA sRGB 95% LED Widescreen (2560x1600)
Processor (CPU)
Intel® Core™ i5 Quad Core Processor 11300H (3.1GHz, 4.4GHz Turbo)
Memory (RAM)
32GB Corsair 2666MHz SODIMM DDR4 (2 x 16GB)
Graphics Card
Integrated Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics
1st M.2 SSD Drive
250GB SAMSUNG 970 EVO PLUS M.2, PCIe NVMe (up to 3500MB/R, 2300MB/W)
2nd M.2 SSD Drive
250GB SAMSUNG 970 EVO PLUS M.2, PCIe NVMe (up to 3500MB/R, 2300MB/W)

First impression is positive. I chose this model mainly for fresh CPU, screen size, and available customization options. Windows set the screen by default to 2880x1800 @90 Hz, and not 2560x1600 @ 60 Hz, as in specification, which is even better to me. Relatively small disks were intentional, to clean stuff regularly and keep order. GPU is still sufficient for my apps, dedicated unit was not necessary. The laptop is to work with Adobe CC, DTP, sites development, Office, etc. The service was impeccable too.

So far, so good. No bells and whistles, which I appreciate, just a well-made tool. Let's see how it goes.
