and what are the full specs that are missing? just what could possibly make a laptop more than these components?
Ok, if you're unable to provide the order specs, we have to take it that you didn't order this unit from PCS. That's all I was trying to verify.

honestly i've been waiting two days for some advice and only had a wiff of it.

If you haven't found one yet, I suggest to check out Acer XFA240 or BenQ XL2411P, with 144hz specifically designed for gamers within a reasonable budget. You can read the reviews here and then decide if they suit you. You can also check other ones listed as per your requirements. I hope it helps.
