Hmm...the G7 is a 240Hz machine so you will be paying extra for something you won't fully utilise (that GPU wouldn't push 240Hz at 1440p I doubt)

Something like this maybe?

I'll be honest, monitors aren't really my area as I get confused by a lot of the terms with them @SpyderTracks is an expert on them
@SpyderTracks recommended the Samsung G5 to me yesterday and I'm going with a similar build to yours so I'd say that's a solid shout

Plus the cherry on top it's £294 over on Overclockers site

You can get a very good 144hz 1440p for the cost of an average 240hz.

Size is a big (no pun intended) thing with 1440p screens and curve or not to curve.

Have a read through this, also look at if using DP, HDMI

some features are really worth having, have a read over Display Ninja

We love you Ukraine
The two I would always recommend have both been highlighted, the ASUS Tuf 165hz and the Samsung G5.

Reason being is they both have full HDR10 and as such beat almost all the competition at the price point.

The G5 is a lesser TN panel whereas the ASUS is a higher tier IPS but other than that they’re both equal.

I'm waiting for a build with very similar specs to yours and for my monitor I went with the ASUS TUF Gaming VG27AQL1A.

Now, so far I've only hooked it up to a rubbish old laptop that would struggle to run solitaire smoothly so I can't really speak to how good it is just yet. But that's the monitor I ended up with after taking advice from people on here and reading a lot of reviews...
