Monitor Has Rotaed!!??

i was gaming last night, and started spamming some buttons and the display on my monitor just rotated 180 degrees, and im even having trouble typing this thread, im in need of some serious help!

Try ctrl + alt then use cursors to turn screen around. The other one is shift + alt and cursors.

Right click the mouse in an empty screen area, select the properties option on the drop down menu, go to the settings tab select the 'monitor' option and look for the 'rotation settings' and from there you should be able to change your monitor back to the default settings (the right way up)
