hello everyone, I recently bought a new HDMI cable for my laptop so it can display to my monitor, and after plugging it to the monitor the screen stayed back, same as the laptop. can someone help me on what to do. any suggestion will be helpful.

Is this a PCSpecialist machine? Can you post your full specs from the order page?

hi, no it's not a pc specialist machine. its an ordinary cable that I bought of a physical shop.
