I have Tornado R5 Gaming PC, AMD Ryzen 5, GTX 1660, 1TB HDD and 256 GB SSD. It is two and half years old.
After turning it on today, the monitor will not connect. The monitor is on, is connected by HDMi cable to the graphic cards area of the PC at the back. There are also no lights coming on on either the mouse or the keyboard.
I have rebooted, tried with another HDMI cable, tried another monitor and nothing is working. Now the PC won't turn off when holding the button.
I have no experience taking apart computers etc, so I don't feel confident attempting to fix this myself. Is this a known issue with a simple technical fix?
