With a budget like that I would probably recommend the G9 Neo, as in your old posts you've mentioned the PC is for gaming. Would just want to double check this, as you've upgraded to the 5950x and 3090 since then. This is a step up for heavy use productivity, but for gaming you can save a fair amount by dropping down to the 5900x and 3080ti and experiencing next to no gaming performance drop.
With monitors as a whole though, I would definitely recommend waiting for some Black Friday deals next week.

As @MrWilson states, you've actually changed the build in a way that it will perform worse for gaming, as those are workstation components, the 3080ti actually performs better for gaming than the 3090. The 5950x will perform very much the same as the 5900x.

ah ok is the case i have it in ok because the case i wanted is not on PCS anymore
Yeah, it's a great case.

I would up the PSU to 1000w to give headroom as next gen GPUs are set to increase power damands from what we're seeing.

And then for monitor definitely the G9 Neo, it's a monster monitor and will be reduced for black Friday
