MOTHERBOARD AND PROCESSOR INFO

Hi all im new to this just in process of purchasing a new custom build pc tower I've sorted out my plans for the gigabyte b560m ds3h motherboard and I've also chosen the Intel Core i5-10400f can anybody confirm if it has TPM i want to install Windows 11 eventually ive got my old ASUS geforce gt 1030 oc graphics card will that work ok with this setup thanking you Billy Grantham lincolnshire

Heya! All modern CPU's come with a TPM onboard which will allow you to update to W11. I'd imagine PCS will enable this for you when they configure the PC, if not, it's simple to do after the fact.

The 1030 will work with this build just fine, it uses a PCIe connector which will plug into the top slot 16x of your motherboard. Whether you'll want to use it is another question, for gaming it's not a very powerful and is beaten by modern day iGPU's (graphics built onto a CPU) and for general use, integrated graphics will work just fine.

Beaten by modern AMD iGPUs. Intel's 10th gen and even the Xe 11th and 12th gens are still behind the 1030.
