I'm pretty please with the AOI. It does not produce as much noise as i afraid as the matter of fact, when i tried FF14 max performance not much noise either. What I like about this is the screen has the HDMI-in slot which can be used for VGA card or by others devices like xbox or ps3. Since the VGA also has the HDMI-out you can use it for yours 3D screen if you got one - the AOI is not 3D screen -.

I'm quite concern about the heat though. A friend of my advice to try water cooler so i'm wondering should i try it ?

I don't think that is an option for your spec since I doubt there is space to introduce a liquid cooler with a radiator in the chassis.

As Keynes said I think the AOI chassis wont accommodate a water cooling system unless you were going to house the radiator outside of the chassis somewhere (which pretty much defeats the point of an AOI system in my opinion.

Nearest thing I could find was a prototype from Asetek (with a quick Google search) was a review on Hexus for a AIO system with watercooling, http://hexus.net/tech/news/cooling/25350-asetek-unveils-liquid-cooled-all-in-one-pc-shoves-core-i7-chip/ [I don't think that breaks any forum rules, but please remove mods if it does...]

The system in question is very different to the PCS AIO (which is a 'true' AIO compared to the one in the link)

Thanks for answering. Well i guess it's still ok if i'm in my air-con room

As far as I am aware the AIO pc's have been thoroughly tested and although may get warm they will not get so hot as to cause any issues with the components etc.

I wouldn't be overly concerned unless you notice a significant heat issue.
