Hi, I had an SSHD installed on my computer, and recently I notice that the SSHD usually run on 100% and slow down my pc, so I decided to install a M2 SSD. Unfortunately when I installed it and turn on my PC, windows (from the SSHD) doesn't run and in the BIOS menu doesn't appear the M2 SSD or the SSHD SATA connection, in spite of the RGB from the M2SSD is on. Please help :c

Is this a PCSpecialist pc? Can you post your full specs?

Thanks for answering, no, I bought the components of my pc the last year (I'm from Chile) and build it in Dicember. I have an Intel Core i5 8600-K processor, a Z390 AORUS Elite motherboard, 16 GB of RAM 2400Hz, an SSHD Seagate Firecuda 1 TB, and a GTX1660. The thing is that when i was on my computer playing or doing something, and a update from some software starts, the PC slow down too much because the SSHD go on 100% use, so I decided to buy the M2 NMVe (AORUS RGB M.2 NVMe SSD 512GB) and yesterday I installed it in my pc (without uninstall the SSHD), and I expected that when I went to turn on the computer, everything was correct, because I have Windows 10 on the SSHD and all my programs, but instead of that when I turned on the computer the screen stay black with white letters and the BIOS menu jumps, and I saw on it and check that "No SATA port detected" (Why?) or something like that (in spite of I didn't do anything with the SSHD), and I searched for the M2 NVMe and right now I notice that if I go to Pheripherals -> NVMe Configuration it show that I have the Gigabyte NVMe with 512GB installed, but in Boot -> Boot Option Priorities it doesn't show any priority (Why?) so idk if the NVMe is usable or not. Could I disconnect the SSHD and connect an USB with Windows and it install on NVMe? Thanks for the help

As PCS sell custom desktops and laptops, we can't advise on self builds or competitor builds, you may want to check out Tom's Hardware which is an open forum.
