My experience with PCSpecialist

I thought I would make a post here regarding my experience with PC Specialist.

Within 3 days of my PC arriving the power supply had an issue (it would rattle rather loudly after about 30 minutes of the PC being turned on), so contacted PC Specialist who suggested I could try fixing it myself or send it back. I thought it would be better to send it back as I wasn't confident in during it myself, etc. Submit an RMA, PC was sent back fixed and returned to me.

Several weeks later the fans on my graphics card stopped working, so emailed PC Specialist to check what to do, and was informed to send it back to be looked at by technicians. I booked it in for an RMA, however on the day a collection was not made (DPD had gone to the wrong street, and claimed that they had asked someone if they had a collection to be made, obviously not they did not). I emailed PC Specialist to see why, a day later at 17.30 I get an email saying that they have booked a new collection in for me for the next day. Obvious issue is that I am working, so without any over options I had to book a day off work at very short notice. (PC Specialist did not ask if I was avliable to make the collection or give options to rearange). The PC was collected, however a week later it had not arrived to PC Specialist. I emailed them asking what was going on and it turns out my DPD has attempted to make the delivary back to me instead of sending it back to PC Specialist. At this stage my computer has been broken longer than I have had it and I am wondering why I orderd from PC Specialist in the first place due to the continued poor customer service

Not really sure where PC Specialists have shown poor customer Service.

The issue appears to be with Logisitics by DPD.

just out of curiosity, why the PC and not just the graphics card for 2nd RMA occurrence?

its also worth putting up your original order Details.
