Hi All,

I purchased an overclocked 2600k desktop pc last august from pcspecialist and had problems with delivery and was given the wrong processor.

The delivery was delayed by over a week due to Yodel not turning up on the agreed dates multiple times. Pcspecialist were very helpful in chasing Yodel each time i contacted them, but Yodel did not seem to care much and were an absolute nightmare to deal with.

I ordered an overclocked 2600k cpu and was given the 2600 model which can't be overclocked (The order was apparently tested and quality checked by two seperate individuals). The turboboost settings had been enabled and pcspecialist initially insisted that it had to have been overclocked because these settings had been changed. I decided to RMA the processor after it was confirmed that i had been given the wrong part. I was unwilling to send the whole pc back after the problems i had with Yodel, so sent the cpu back on its own and quickly got the replacement. I have'nt bothered to overclock the cpu yet but will get round to it someday.

Pcspecialist were good to deal with overall and i am happy with the pc i got from them.
