My max budget is £975.. odd i know :) i use it for general gaming every so often but i do download stuff quite a bit :)
By every so often i mean 2 hours a day :D

Go for something like this. If you could stretch your budget to about 1k you could upgrade your GPU to GTX 570 which would increase game performance, either way the 560Ti is a good card. I have changed a few things but this should give you pretty decent performance no matter what the use.
