Is it only connected via the TV, no stand alone monitors? Do you have any way of checking it on another monitor/TV with the same cables/ports on the GPU?

It might sound stupid, but have you tried restarting the computer?

Other than that, have you got any other options for connecting to the same TV like VGA ports or display ports? You could also try plugging directly into the motherboard and using the onboard graphics to see if that solves the issue, if it does the GPU may have had an issue.

I have tried other TV and the same. I have also restarted PC several times but to no avail. I will purchase a VGA cable in order to see if that works. Thanks

Do note that your graphics card only has DVI, HDMI and DP ports before buying any new cables so make sure you get one that will fit - depending what ports your TV has you may need also need an adaptor.
