I think you've been too cheap on quite a few components and cut corners.

Lovely build though. The old 'choose whatever is at the bottom of the drop down box and post the spec on the forum' trick is always appreciated. (y)

I had 6 months to think / talk / analyze this order. I exchanged 30+ emails with top overclockers so I can figure out what I need for my work (adobe cc). Also I have demanded a business credit for this build. It was not meant as a brag or "trick". Im sorry you feel this way. I know it is a bit of an overkill - but not for the majority of components that I actually need. I just wanted to share my enthusiasm because this is quite a big deal for me, and also for the first time that I can afford something like this. :))

I could spend £2000 less and you wouldn't notice the difference. But if money is no option then I suppose it doesn't matter what people think. I would put the 2k towards something else though.

Could you please detail what would you replace for £2000 less and keep the same or almost the same performances in ae, premier?

Thank you.

Ah, so no gaming then. That explains not going for a cpu with a higher single core speed. What work is it you are going to do with it?

Of course I will do some gaming... but this is 90% for work. If it was for gaming I wouldn't have chosen x299. I would have probably chosen the 9900k... etc. This is suppose to help me with animations, video editing, a bit of 3d, and of course the regulars (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign) and web. And I usually have them all opened and working. And yes, for the first time in my life, this wasn't about money. Because this makes me money... so... yeah!

Did you not have a good chair before this? It's none of my business but why would anyone get a chair from a custom pc/laptop manufacturer, would you rather not go to a shop and pick one out there yourself, test it, sit on it etc
Phenomenal build by the way. As good as you probably can get without going to the enterprise route

I currently have a chair that I bought from Ikea (around 300 E) that is kind of broken now, after 2 years... The majority of chairs that I looked for have the same format as this one (the shape, features)... except they go 370+ Euro. This one is 223 Euro... plus nobody is actually complaining about it, so far. So I bought it because I think it's a great deal and I think is actually a better quality than many other brands.

I bought the same chair from PCS with my order too. Depending on where you live there often aren't any places where you can see/test decent chairs. The Omega Racing pro is a truly excellent chair and far far better than I could have got locally.
