Dear PC Specialist
right.
just got my computer delivered to day which was a supprise since i was only emailed by you yesterday and no mention of it was made.
also i am quite angry as the fault report sent back with the rma showed that the cpu fan was not properly fitted and the cpu temp were going too high which i phoned you about several months ago to be told that they where normal temps but the fault report said that it was supprising that it hadnt failed sooner.
not only that but angry also because the emails made no mention of this fact but continued to tell me that everything was working fine under heavy testing (while playing l4d2 which would not stress my system to the point that i was experiancing my fault with sli. l4d2 never made the fault occur on my system) i repeated metion in emails game that would cause the fault but the fault report makes no mention of them being used.
are these emails even passed on the to the technicians who test the machines? doesnt seem like it.
and to round the whole experiance off the package has arrived damaged with visual damage to the case, my powercable was not returned and i was forced to borrow my brothers to start up my computer and when i did there was a error on start up
'CPU fan error'
so i got my computer back from you in worse condition than i sent it in, minus a power cable and with the main issue i sent it for undetected and most likely unresolved
i would like to know what you intend to do about this

and having got my comp onto the desktop the cpu temp hits 70 in under the 15 secs i left it idling on the desktop. and on inspection the damage to the case prevents me from closing the panel fully.
