My spec

I need some assistance with the spec of my pc. I brought a pc last year from you guys but it keeps crashin when I try to load certain games, I just wanted to know what I would need to improve to be able to run these games smoothly.

Often crashes are caused by drivers errors or something like that, rather than just needing better hardware
If you could let us know your spec though and let us know what the errors are we may be able to help.
