That looks good - Is it possible to quantify the performance benefit by upgrading the graphics card from RTX 2060 to RTX 2060 Super or even the 2070?
The 2060 is just the starting point, it's all budget related.
The 2060 Super would be a fair spend as it has more VRam and also faster. Blender loves VRam. After that you're getting into significant increases in price which the budget doesn't allow for.
For £300 I think the biggest performance bump would be the 3950X to be honest.
