Hi... Bought a PC from PC Specialist three years ago and it's been brilliant. But I want to upgrade the Graphics Card and my PC knowledge is pretty basic. Can someone tell me what the most powerful PC Card these specs will support might be?

As the CPU is a bit older you will probably start to get problems with that starting to bottleneck a better GPU.

You know that the 285 is still not a bad card, what kind of issues are you getting that is making you want to upgrade?

The next step up would be something like..... GTX 560ti which would be 33% faster. Much faster than that would be fairly pointless because the CPU will slow things down. Even a 560ti might not give you much benefit. See what everyone else thinks.
