I would suggest a slightly better for improved cooling, silver warranty and the i5-4670 (non-k) + triple copper heatpipe cpu cooler.

A better case such as the Corsair 300R would be a lot better for cooling, the one you've chosen won't be great for cooling.

Looks good, although are you planning to overclock? If not the just get the non k version of the i5. And get the silver warrenty, it only costs another £5.
