*NEED ADVICE PLEASE* Transferring programs from old computer to new one

Hello!
I've recently purchased a new PC and I've decided to give my old PC away to my mother, as she uses her own PC for work and it's very, very old. The computer that needs to be replaced houses many programs that were purchased, as the access keys were used (and even activated for a second device on her back-up laptop in case of events where the desktop was not able to be used). Does anyone know of any reliable programs or ways, to transfer programs from an old PC to a new PC?
I have a concern that if these programs/applications transfer to her new PC, it will ask for access keys. If we have the access keys, I'm afraid they will say they're already used.
Any information is much appreciated in regard to this. I thank you for your time and patience in reading this.

Are either of these computers PCS builds?

In general with program access keys you can use them again on a new PC when you install the application, as long as they are uninstalled from the old PC.

Note that you cannot just copy installed programs across, you must reinstall each program on the new PC.

If you have problems using a key on your new PC contact the vendor of the application and explain that you're moving to a new PC and their software has been uninstalled from the old PC.

Thank you so much for replying!
The computer that is being replaced is an HP Pavilion tower. Great machine has lasted so long, but it’s been on its way out. I had purchased a Level 1 Lynx from Digital Storm a year ago, which is the new computer she is receiving (the Lynx is a build if this answers your initial question).
I’m going to have to see if the programs are easily obtainable and assure she has all her keys before I attempt these steps, with the information you’ve given me. I cannot thank you enough for your help!

No problem. I asked because these fora are primarily for the support of PC Specialist (PCS) builds.

Do make sure you have all the necessary unlock codes, available before you in install from the old PC.

Apologies,
realizing now it’s more than a support website, haven’t heard of the website and looking for support brought me here. Also, not a known company in my region, lol.
