Okay, first of yes you can use you Windows 10 licence.

the rest, of questions are around your build.

Why Intel?
AMD are on another level.

Total budget.

What monitor you pairing gfx card with.

Types of games, level of expected quality etc.

types of applications

and include the build configuration like (AMD build, no pressure).

And as well as the above, what's the budget

When you say 'migrate' what do you mean?

You can use the Windows license on the old PC to avoid buying a new license for the new one (as long as the old PC will never run Windows again).

You cannot copy the Windows system and all installed programs from your old PC to the new one. Well you can, but it won't work! The Windows system off your old PC will not be correctly configured for the new PC (this configuration happens at install time) and all the installed drivers from your old PC will be wholly unsuitable for the new PC. It just won't work.

Well...Why intel? Because that stupid new amd cpu would be an extra 4 month wait 😃
Monitor looking at a LG27GN950-B.
I play usually play most of the new triple A games like cyberpunk, witcher 3 etc.
As for the budget...didnt really have one. If it aint broken...it doesnt need to be fixed 😅

Weather you bought AMD or Intel on the CPU wouldn't change your queue time as the GPU would be the major wait:
