Need help on Gaming PC setup please!

Hi guys new to PC gaming and sadly I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to picking a PC (over clocked if possible).
Could someone please spare some time and suggest what parts to pick(made on PC Specialist if possible because I have no idea how to build one), it has to include GTX 970 (or better), Intel i5 4690k (or better) with a budget of £1100.(or anything close to it)
I'm to run games easily on high or ultra high with good fps, but I'm just not sure on what the other components should be!
Please spend a couple minutes by helping me out, any suggestions are greatly appreciated even the ones that are completely different from the 2 parts I wanted included!

There's only a couple of settings in GTAV that go up to 'ultra'. Most of the highest settings are called 'very high'. One of the ultra settings is for grass and you will not be able to do that with a 970 or even 980 (the benchmarks I've seen show either no or very little difference in the performance of the 970 vs 980 in GTA).
You would need a computer designed to calculate the answer to life, the universe and everything to max out all the settings on GTAV PC.
For single GPUs you have to make choices of what settings to make. Bumping one thing up high may mean you have to lower or turn off another thing.
GTAV PC is very scalable to allow a low spec computer to play it and to give the highest spec PC's benefit for the power they can muster.
GTA is in this way quite an exceptional game.
A 970 will allow you to get 'wow' settings with GTAV and will allow you to get near enough the max experience in all other games I know of.

That's more then enough! Last question, will there be summer sales on PC Specialist for Gaming PC's? If so should I wait instead?(I don't mind waiting, it's just if there's any point!)

PCS don't do sales, their prices are already very low, so no point in waiting
