NEED HELP UPGRADING MY ACER E5 571 MOTHERBOARD

Hey Guys Im having a little trouble, I want to upgrade my current motherboard (
ACER ASPIRE E5-571 i3-4005U MOTHERBOARD Z5WAH LA-B161P NBV9M11001)
to this one (ACER ASPIRE E5-571 Laptop MOTHERBOARD w/ Intel i7-5500U 2.4Ghz CPU NB.ML811.00D). Is it possible and would my current ram be compatible?
