Need help with Laptop build

Hey guys, so i'm looking to buy a University/Gaming laptop for myself this month and i'm pretty clueless when it comes to laptop specs and what is optimal for my needs. I've been browsing other sites like Dell, Lenovo, HP and they all seem a bit limited.
I have a pretty tight budget of £700 (might be able to push it to £750) and what i essentially need is a laptop which can handle games like League of Legends, CS:S, Battlefield Bad Company etc. at around medium/high settings but, also i need it to be able to handle Sony Vegas pro and Photoshop.
I've been looking at the 15.6" Optimus II laptop and it seems to be quite fitting to my needs, i'm just not too sure what specs it will need.

Not quite as powerful on the graphics side, but quite a bit cheaper and still a powerful laptop compared the what's on the high street.
