Need new battery

Hi, I have a PC Specialist laptop I bought from ebuyer a number of years ago.

It only charges the battery to 5% so I am guessing it needs a new battery.

Where can I get one? Can't see any batteries on your website or ebuyer.

The model is PC Specialist Cosmos II X580 Gaming Laptop , or there looks to be a batch number on the back of PC7-740100 if that helps.

Call PCS and ask them, they usually hold onto stock for old chassis for quite sometime. I picked up a replacement battery for my 4 year old computer last year for instance.

About 10-15 minutes I guess. The charge never goes beyond 5% now. Left it on charge switched off all day yesterday.

Ok. The Windows % charge indicator is notoriously unreliable, but that it only runs for 10-15 mins is a sure sign it's dead.

Give PCS a call and see whether they can help you source one.
