I have a WIRELESS 802.11N 300Mbps/2.4GHz PCI-E CARD as my network card and its picking up WIFI however its really bad... I'm unable to run under 70 ping on my own server region. my old PC had a USB wireless adapter and it could run at 9 ping and download things much faster... any suggestions.

Those cards are ancient and a constant source of trouble, I’m not sure they’re even officially supported anymore.
Is it a PC Specialist system? If so, please could you post your spec over from your orders page as linked below? When you copy & paste it over, make sure to remove your Windows license key if it’s on there 👍
