New 280x on a p8-z77 m

I'm gonna get the Sapphire R9 280X Toxic to upgrade my desktop
The only problem is that I don't know if itl fit on my p8-z77-m motherboard

know it's got the correct slot but I'm not sure if there's enough space to fit in

Any clues?

Good card! That caught my eye after another member posted about it, one for down the line for me...

Anyway, I think it'll more be about your case and power supply, what do you have?

Unless of course you have something in another PCI slot that'll then get blocked by the new card as it takes 2 slots...if that makes sense.
