New all-in-one PC and fan noise advice

I recently got a new all in one pc. It's absolutely awesome except the fan noise seems quite loud and a little distracting.

I thought it would be quieter (probably my own fault and I wrongly assumed) but it's quite loud from the first switch on and even with no processes running.

Any ideas how I might be able to reduce the fan noise? Many thanks
