New gaming rig - feedback please

Hi - I'm replacing my old computer and looking for a new gaming PC that won't need upgrading over the next few years. The spec of what I'm looking to get is below, have I over-spec'd anything? Or anything I'm missing?

If you're not overclocking you could drop down to the non-k variant of the CPU (ie. the i5-2500)
Also unless you've got a very good ear for sound, the onboard sound will probably sound the same as the sound card you've picked.

Rest of it looks good to me.

Thanks, any real benefit/performance increase when gaming to have an overclocked i5-2500k vs a standard i5-2500? The price is about the same.

Not really, the K variant is for overclocking, as Rakk said, so unless you are planning on overclocking you wont need it. Also system looks good, just follow the above advice and you'll be set to play some epic games.

drop the sound card dude, it will have the same connections on the motherboard, so there would be no point really. save the £19 or put it in upgrading another component.
