New gpu 3060 just arrived, fans not working?

Anyone know what to do? Pc is up and running picture all good etc but both fans start when i turn pc on then stop and wont come back on atall....

My GPU fans don't run unless the GPU is getting hot (after the initial whoosh on startup). Maybe your's is the same?
