I have ordered a new Laptop with my limited company and few things happened with my laptop.

1) The look was bulky.
2) The laptop didn't start well.i freezes and i have to reinstall windows couple of times.
3) When i asked them, they said, once it is delivered to clients, they won't take clients headaches. the Guy who called me is trying to bully me for buying that costly laptop, he doesn;t understand the importance of working on high end jobs for living.

anyway, my request to refund or downgrade has been rejected.

i feel PCSpecialists are company who cheat people and does not bother about client needs.

1) There's not much PCS can do about the look. If it's an expensive custom laptop it will usually have high end components in it (especially if it's an Octane) and will require a powerful cooling solution. And in fairness to PCS they do post photos of the chassis.

2) Have the reinstalls fixed the issues? Is it performing as it should?
It's very unfortunate to have an issue with a laptop right out of the box of course. Sometimes the Windows Out of the Box Experience can mess up, forcing a clean install. Or of course PCS could have made a mistake at their end. I hope it's behaving now, but you should definitely feed back to them

3) Very strange. PCS normally try to be as helpful as they can. You could always feed back your experience directly to PCS or consider making a complaint.

Also:

anyway, my request to refund or downgrade has been rejected.
The returns process is set out here:

Are you outside the 14 days, or is there an issue because it's B2B?

Just to say the forums aren't an official support channel, so you should contact PCS directly via email/phone. Though of course do share your experiences with the community here :)
