New Laptop

A little bit early to say too much about this laptop as it was a shared Christmas present for my wife, and she has not had much chance to use it so far, but she likes it very much, so far.
It is a nice looking machine and my sons, who are both workers in IT, are suitably pleased with it. Certainly seems quite fast, but I'm comparing it to my wifes 6 years old laptop.
Aesthetically looks very nice, quite slim and a lot lighter than her previous machine.
Only criticism is that the money was taken out of the account before machine was built and despatched, in this case over a month, as PC Specialist were awaiting delivery of parts. On the plus side, although I did check on the status of the order once, I received further notifications at the various stages of the build and delivery. Very impressed by that !!!
All said, a good experience with this firm.
John

I just love that line! :ROFLMAO:

Thanks for posting John, very glad you're happy. Hopefully your wife will be in time - when she gets to be able to use it! ;)

Thanks for your response.
Can you please give me the full URL to post my single photo with the review, as requested, to claim an extra 3months warranty. Either the link is not shown in its entirety or it doesn't work.
Thanks
John

None of us work for PCS so I've no idea what link they were on about, others might. Can you post the full text of what they say you have to do?

If they mean post it on here then click the Attach Files button just below where you write your post. You may need to reduce the resolution of it first so it's small enough to upload - there is a size limit.

@ubuysa - its a link they send in an email to you to prove that you have posted a review and they ask for your favourite photo too. Doing so extends the warranty by a further three months.

@JohnP26 - your best bet is to email PCS customer support and ask them to resend it to you as the link you have been given is not working.
