This is the third laptop I have bought for the family from PCS over the last 6.5 years.
The specs are always very good and competitively priced. If you are not sure what you want/need a phone call/email can resolve that.
They have a very good technical support team again over the phone or email ( you may have a longish que on the phone), but they seem to know what they are up to. Also the support is for the whole ownership of the computer.
Delivery times were bettered than originally quoted and the packaging was simple but really well thought out giving very high degree of protection.
I like the "gentle" feel of the keyboard and the screen is very clear. Boots up very quickly too.
A good source for a great computer at a very reasonable price.
